AlterEgo is an AI-powered avatar generation application that allows users to create personalized digital avatars based on text descriptions. The App uses artificial intelligence technology to generate unique avatar images from user-provided text prompts.
You may use our App with or without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may use our App anonymously without creating an account. In this case, your usage data may be collected for analytical purposes but will not be linked to your personal identity.

Our App uses a credit-based system for avatar generation. Credits are consumed when you generate avatars. You may purchase additional credits through the Google Play Store.
All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Google's payment terms and conditions. We do not store or process payment information directly.
Refunds are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds for credit purchases.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTEREGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AlterEgo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. If you have an account, you may delete it through the App settings.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlterEgo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and AlterEgo with respect to the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
