This Privacy Policy explains how Equation Escape accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app. It applies to the Android app package com.eqes.equation_escape and to services used by the app for sign-in, purchases, purchase validation, account status, gameplay progress, and support.

Equation Escape does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone audio, camera images, health data, financial account numbers, or advertising identifiers in the gameplay flow shipped with this app.

How We Use Information

To save and restore your gameplay progress and Stardust balance.
To let you sign in with Google and keep your app account session active.
To show your profile information inside the app after sign-in.
To fetch available recharge products from Google Play.
To verify purchases, complete purchase delivery, restore purchases, and show order history.
To prevent fraud, protect account and purchase integrity, debug problems, and maintain service reliability.
To respond to privacy, support, security, or legal requests.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We share information only when needed to provide the app, process purchases, secure the service, comply with law, or complete a user-requested action.

Google Sign-In: Used when you choose to sign in with your Google account. Google may process account and authentication information according to Google's privacy terms.
Google Play Billing: Used to display products, process purchases, restore purchases, and provide purchase tokens and order data needed for validation.
Equation Escape backend services: Used for account login, profile retrieval, app startup reporting, product lists, purchase validation, and order history.
Local web view: Used only to display bundled privacy and account deletion pages inside the app.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. Production network requests that contain personal or sensitive user data are transmitted using modern cryptography such as HTTPS. Authentication tokens and cached profile information are stored on your device using app-local storage.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. If we learn of a security issue that affects your information, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law and platform requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear it in the app where available, uninstall the app, clear the app's storage through Android settings, or otherwise delete it from your device. Signing out removes locally cached account token and profile information used by the app.

Server-side account, device, purchase, and order records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain purchase records, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with Equation Escape, contact us using the privacy contact mechanism listed above. Some information may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment records, or legitimate business purposes.

Account Deletion

If you sign in with Google, you may sign out from inside the app to remove locally cached account data. If you want server-side account data associated with Equation Escape deleted, open the Account and Data Deletion page and follow the request steps. Include the Google account email used for Equation Escape so we can locate the account. We may ask for reasonable verification before completing the request.

Children

Equation Escape is a math game and is not intentionally directed to children under the age required by applicable law for online account consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Equation Escape, contact us so we can review and delete the information where required.

Your Choices

You can play without signing in, although recharge and order features require Google sign-in.
You can sign out to remove locally cached account token and profile information.
You can delete local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling Equation Escape.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of server-side personal data through the Account and Data Deletion page or the privacy contact mechanism above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, data practices, legal requirements, or Google Play requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last updated.
