This page explains how to request deletion of an Equation Escape app account and the data associated with that account. It is intended to be available both inside the app and as a public web page for Google Play account deletion requirements.

How to Request Account Deletion

Tap the button above, send a request to mushisuhbachat@gmail.com or use the developer contact email or contact form shown on the Equation Escape Google Play listing.
Use the subject line Equation Escape Account Deletion Request.
Include the Google account email you used to sign in to Equation Escape. If you have purchased recharge products, you may also include an order ID to help us locate related purchase records.
Do not include your Google password, payment card number, government ID, or any other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting server-side data so that we do not delete the wrong account. After verification, we will process the request within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.

Data Deleted After a Verified Request

Equation Escape account profile records associated with your Google sign-in.
Locally cached account session data, if you sign out or clear app storage.
Server-side profile identifiers that are no longer needed to provide the app.
Gameplay or service data associated with the account where it is not required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment record purposes.

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained when necessary for legitimate and lawful purposes, including:

Google Play purchase and order records needed for accounting, tax, refund, dispute, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Security logs, anti-abuse records, and diagnostic records needed to protect the service.
Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise no longer identifies you.
Records we are required to keep by law or by a valid legal process.

Delete Local App Data

You can remove local data from your device at any time by signing out inside Equation Escape, clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.

Local deletion does not automatically delete server-side account, purchase, or order records. Use the request process above if you want server-side account data deleted.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Deleting an Equation Escape account does not automatically cancel Google Play purchases, subscriptions, chargebacks, pending payments, or refunds. Manage purchases and subscriptions through Google Play. Purchase records may be retained as described above.
